Getting Started
You can use NateoTime both in your browser and in the mobile app.
To get up and running smoothly, make sure you complete the following steps:
- Add team members: Create a user account for everyone who will be using time tracking.
- Review contracts: Each new user automatically gets a default “Work” contract. Take a moment to review and adjust it for
part-time schedules, vacation entitlement, holiday schemes, etc. (See tips here.)
- Set up holiday schemes: If needed, create additional holiday schemes besides the default “Standard.” Import and customize holidays to match your organization.
- Bring your team on board: Help them install the app, or simply share the browser link, username, and password.
On the app, your team members can log in quickly by scanning their personal employee code from your device.
